Robyn was the perfect agent to locate our view lot/tear down in a highly competitive area on which to build our dream home. It wasn't an easy task—we wanted lots of value in the land and had to wait many months—but she took her time showing us around, objectively discussing pros and cons of every neighborhood and had incredible architectural vision to help us visualize the possibilities. She was accommodating with our international time zone difference, used video tools effectively and reacted quickly to opportunities. In the end we beat a competing full price offer two days after our home was listed. Our expectations were exceeded in every way and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robyn for real estate services.

Robyn is an excellent real estate agent. I worked with her on the sale of my condo on Capitol Hill. She worked under difficult circumstances as the condo has an upcoming large assessment, unknown cost and not yet approved by the HOA, that will be levied against it in the next year. Also, there were tenants with a newborn baby who were still living there, limiting times to show the place. I listed in September and wanted to close by EOY. With all of these constraints, she was very professional, seeking information from other agents who had listed/sold units in the same building, and handled the property management contacts. We came up with a posting that would attract buyers who could afford the condo and upcoming assessment. She arranged cleaning, painting and staging of the condo, which I think seriously helped sell it. In the end she met all of my requirements, and I'm super happy as a former condo owner. I would work with Robyn again for any Seattle Real Estate needs, and I recommend her to everyone.

She is intelligent, possesses great common sense, has a fun but professional demeanor, is very knowledgeable about the market and has strong communication and listening skills. These skills combined with a passion for serving her clients means she is truly exceptional at her job. My wife and are both Ivy League educated and I am a business analyst and it was nice to work with someone who could analyze each unit we looked at coherently in terms of appropriate market value. She worked hard for us, was responsive and seemingly always available to take us to visit properties (about 30-40 of them). At no point did she employ pushy sales techniques to try to catalyze us into a buying decision. However, once we identified the property we wanted, she was the model of efficiency in providing us assistance on several fronts in helping us close. It was very easy to work with Robyn and it is very easy to recommend her.

Prior to working with Robyn, I talked to a handful of other agents that were referrals from friends. They all wanted to price lower and go with the quick and easy sale. But, Robyn has tremendous market insight and believed that we would find the perfect buyer at a higher price for this unique brick and timber loft (Belltown). and, she was right—we sold for $30k more than other agents were suggesting. As an out-of-state property owner, I wasn't able to be locally involved in all the usual details required to prep and sell the home. Robyn and her team took care of the fit and finish repairs, staging, and making sure the home was clean and ready for the new owners. With Robyn, I had the perfect experience: low stress/effort on my part, insider market knowledge, top dollar, and an agent that was gracious in answering all my questions and helped me think through multiple scenarios.

She both helped us to find our perfect home, and then sold our old home (above asking price) at the right time and in a matter of days. Robyn's connections and insider know-how were a huge plus as well - our experiences with her recommended contractor, movers and painter were seamless. She single-handedly managed the improvements and staged our previous home beautifully. She made all the right moves and we have been amazed at how well things worked out for us. Working with Robyn took a lot of the stress and worry out of the process, and we can't recommend her highly enough. By far the best agent we have ever worked with.
